Today we get a first look.Second, the pair for her dragons equips a black back half and BOOST sole while the tongue opts for a fiery red hue woven into its Primeknit, resemblant of a dragon’s mouth opening and spewing destructive fire.A two-tone red and black Primeknit upper sits atop an all-black Boost midsole and Continental rubber outsole. Rumors of a Game of Thrones x adidas collaboration have been floating around for a while and now, thanks to leak accounts on Instagram, we’ve got our first look at two sneakers that are being touted as the “House of Targaryen” adidas Ultra Boosts.Much like the upcoming adidas Dragon Ball Z capsule, this six-piece set pays homage to Thrones’ thought-provoking characters by grouping them into their respective houses portrayed on the show.

Next year, HBO’s smash-hit Game of Thrones will give their take on the several wildly popular adidas footwear silhouettes. The first features a fiery red and black upper, inspired no doubt by Daenerys Targaryen and her family’s affinity for dragons. This announcement comes as such a surprise because it feels very strange for a TV show of this caliber that hardly makes its own merchandise to be interested in such a high-profile collaboration. However, it is very fitting.The lace cage appears to be black leather, while leather detailing on the tongue and a black heel cup finish off the look.Next year, GoT’s eight-season run on HBO is coming to a close, and many fans are agonizing over what will happen to their favorite characters.In early August, we were able to bring you photoshop renderings of the six sneakers set to be included in the Game of Thrones adidas drop, but now we have a first look at the two pairs designed for House Targaryen, one for the silver-haired Daenerys Stormborn and the other for her beloved and menacing trio of dragons.

Minor contrast is made by way of the Silver Three Stripes, Game of Thrones branding on the inside of the leather tongue tab and a back tab that reads “Fire and Blood”.The second pair also features a leather lace cage, Targaryen detailing on the leather tongue tab, and a Primeknit upper. Shared by SolebyJC on Instagram, the Targaryens have a beautiful iteration of the Ultra Boost on the way with a cream-colored upper as well as reflective silver detailing. This colorway is all-white except for some reflective silver detailing on the Three Stripes branding. A heel tab is attached that reads “FIRE AND BLOOD.”The former comes done up in a stark white construction with glistening silver stripes to represent her slick silver blonde hair that has become an iconic part of her character throughout both the HBO show and the books. The cage appears to be made from leather or another textile as opposed to the standard TPU, matched by leather detailing on the tongue tags. Finally, the special colorway is complete by a “Fire and Blood” tag protruding from the heel.
