Bro; if u want to restart ur device without remove battery,u have to install application which called 'restart me'. hope this will help you.

bro, do u have bb data plan?if yes, just reboot ur phone.bb maps icon will appear.

my BB 9000 cant connect to my laptop since its OS got upgrade and i cant find contenet protection from my options security settings eithers, the masss storage usually comes up when i connect my USB to my laptop now it wont come up just a blackberry icon nothing happens when i click on it. and its not visible on my c: drive either. i havee activated mass storage mode and all still nothing
