Anne Frank was among the Jewish victims of Nazi persecution during the Second World War. The creating contains two elements - a front house and a right back annex. Otto Frank's business was located in the leading house. The uppermost floors of the rear annex became the hiding place. Following more than 2 yrs the group was betrayed and deported. Anne and Margot died of typhus in Bergen-Belsen in March 1945, just a few weeks before this attention camp was liberated. Otto Joe, the only real member of the party to endure, returned after the war. For more than two years Anne Frank and her household existed in the annex of the developing at Prinsengracht 263 wherever Anne's father, Otto Joe, also had his business. The Van Pels household and Fritz Pfeffer concealed there with them. The entrance to the annex was hidden behind a portable bookcase created particularly for this purpose. The office personnel realized of the hiding position and helped the ten persons by delivering them with food and information of the outside world. On August 4, 1944, the covering place was betrayed. The people in covering were deported to numerous awareness camps. Only Otto Frank lasted the Anne Frank house virtual tour. During the covering period Anne Frank held a diary. In it she identified daily life in the rear annex, the solitude and driving a car of discovery. Anne's diary survived the conflict: following the betrayal it was discovered by Miep Gies, among the helpers. When it had been proved that Anne would not be returning, Miep gave the manuscripts to Otto Frank. In 1947 the first Dutch edition appeared. Because then a diary has been printed in more then 55 languages. At provide, the rooms at the Anne Frank House, however clear, still breathe the environment of that period of time. Quotations from the diary, historical documents, pictures, film pictures, and unique items that belonged to those in covering and the helpers demonstrate the events that took position here. Anne's original diary and other laptops are on display in the museum. In the media space, readers can carry on a "virtual journey" through the Anne Joe House, opening background information about the folks in hiding and World War Two. A modern exhibition is shown in the exhibition hall.
