I have the blue blackberry messenger symbol at the top of my phone and cant work out why its there, I dont have any new messages and have been through every option, can someone help??

u had a message but u cleard convo without reading it thats why its der. you need to reload software to remove it, its happend to me

i had the same problem with my first BB, you always have to reboot it its a factory default i my best guess ! get a new one babe
have you downloaded the newest version, and a weekly battery pull always helps
There is a Blackberry App you can use to reboot your bb on a schedule. I've used it for some time now. Works great & user friendly. Its called Quickpull

hi, no need to reload os.. just reboot it...also happening this if somebody requesting to add on bbm..just ignore or accept.
