Hello Everyone!
1. Log in to my BT with your BT ID.
2.Click your package and then inclusive extras.
3.Next click on the BT Email icon under your smart broadband extras.
4.And then manage BT Email.
5.If you're the primary BT ID account holder, then you should see all your sub-account.
