如果說到中國最渾濁的河流，我相信每個人都會認為黃河，黃河是中國最多泥沙的河流。 這條河每年輸送16億噸沙子。 可以說，每立方米黃河水中的沙子含量為70斤。 但是泥水不會讓它變髒，清水也不會讓它變幹淨。 黃河非常泥濘，但裏面有150種魚。
然而，近年來，黃河的水越來越清澈，裏面的魚越來越少，黃河中的魚在漫長的進化過程中進化出了一種非常特殊的魚鰓，它可以過濾掉黃河中的沉積物來獲得氧氣。和水利工程建設堵塞了魚的連通性。
再加上人們放養異國紅魚和銀魚黃河水。這使得黃河水已躋身本土魚類受到影響。再加上很多釣魚一系列人性化的原因，這也導致了黃河魚的內部造成了不可逆轉的生態破壞，盡管黃河水現在是越來越明顯。但河流的生物也受到了很大的影響。由此我們可以看出當務之急是保護黃河的生態平衡。
